BREAKING: Omo-Agege elected deputy senate president

Ovie Omo-Agege, lawmaker representing Delta central, has been chosen deputy speaker of the senate.

He pulled 68 votes to defeat Ike Ekweremadu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who had 37 votes.

The leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) had agreed to Omo-Agege
